We recently sold our home with Andrew and Leslie and couldn't be happier with the experience. In the time of a global pandemic, they were easy to work with over text, phone calls, and zoom meetings. They even sent recorded videos that explained documents and gave updates. All that helped with communication when in-person meetings had to be limited.

From the very first call, it was obvious that they know the Dublin market inside and out. They provided a lot of data on the housing market which gave us confidence in setting our house price. Their projections for how long we could expect it to be on the market were spot-on and their experience with managing offers got us to a final sale price we were very happy with.

Whenever they could they were hands-on, staging and getting the house ready for showings and inspections. Andrew even painted and caulked bathrooms! Their recommendations for contractors were reliable, everyone did great work. We moved out of state and the completion of the home sale happened while we were thousands of miles away. We had complete confidence in the whole team and everything worked smoothly.

I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family, and would eagerly work with them again if we ever found ourselves moving back to the area.
